Here are the recruiting steps you should follow: (Note: These steps are part of the Recruiting System)
Step 1: Make the contact
Step 2: Have someone watch the Sizzle Video: www.ColumbiaRealEstateAgentCareers.com (This will contain a link so they can sign up for a career orientation)
Step 3: Once they sign up for a Live Career Orientation, have them watch the short pre-orientation video that is on your Recruiting Bridge page (This keeps their interest high and ensure that will show up to the live orientation).
Step 4: Ensure they add themselves to Recruiting Bridge on your page OR, you add them in manually with updated notes
Step 5: Once they review the Career Seminar ensure they immediately get a copy of the Career Follow-Up Guide (Attached. Please update your information on it)
Step 6: Follow-up with the TL to ensure he sets a follow-up appointment with your prospect(s)
Step 7: You should Follow-up, Follow-up, Follow-up until they SIGN-UP! (Leave nothing to chance! Keep track of their status in RB)
Also, don't forget to work with each other to do 3-day calls to invite guests to career seminars. It works!
Note: You should purchase two domains from GoDaddy.com so you can use the new domains for the Sizzle page and your Recruiting Bridge page instead of those ugly urls. Their tech support can assist you if you need help.
